My studio is just outside Downpatrick and I have to say my local clientele are amazing. They have supported my business for years and will have traditional yearly shoots or event shoots. It is so nice to have regular clients but also good when I meet new clients. So I have been thinking of rewarding all returning clients. I firstly want to set up a new email subscription for all clients who want to hear from all the yearly offers direct to their inbox. All clients who want to sign up for the subscription can just let me know or I will also be emailing everyone to see if they want to sign up for it or not.
Secondly I will be giving all clients who request it a reward card. This reward card can be used at every shoot you book from weddings, family shoots to even mini shoots. Once you get 4 stamps you will receive a FREE mini shoot at one of the mini sessions of your choice or if you get 8 stamps you get a free family shoot.
I also want to hear more from my clients on what they believe can be done better or changed or what products they want to see in the studio. It is important that everyone has a voice and your opinion matters to me.
